I have come to realize that I don't really like the 20 minute AMRAP.  Like Cindy, it is a fury of activity with no let up.  That is truly a metcon, but not something I want to do often.

I wasn't feeling this one this morning.  I should have gotten to 6+ but I was a bit off my game today.  The grip was one of the biggest limitations with all of that pulling, but I started using a hook grip on the SDHP and it worked pretty well.  I'll have to use that more often.
