Warm up with 3 sets of max rep HSPU and max reps of pistols each leg with 1.5 pood KB in boglet position
Then 5 rounds of 3 power snatches and 5 OHS at 125 lbs.  The power snatch is still weak, as I have to press it out a bit at the top, but i just need more snatch reps in there.  
WoD was

100' lunges with 55lb DB
30 box jumps at 24 inches
20 pullups

This was killer after hockey last night.  My legs were jello on the jumps and I did a bunch of singles. The high rate of repetition wasn't happening today.  I need to work on that, but after 100' of heavy lunges it gets tough.  The pullups were unbroken first 2 sets, but I had to lose the butterfly after about 12 reps each set because my rhythm was off with the bar shaking form others doing pull ups too.  I had great rhythm for a while, now it seems off again.  I need to get that back if it is going to do me any good.  Now I am just stuck between the efficiency of the butterfly, and the easier rhythm of the kip.  
I also started IF today.  I finished a full meal at 9 last night and won't eat again until noon today.  that is 15 hours of fasting with a WoD in the middle.  Drinking water helps with the hunger, but it is only 9:30.  We shall see how 11:00 feels.  I expect big things for it to be workth the effort.  In reality, I am only missing breakfast, but replacing it with a late meal.  Not too bad.
