Saturday:
C2B fran 4:49 (as expected the pullups slowed me down a ton)
30 minutes after fran start: 5 rds of 5 DL @ 275 and 10 burpees from 08 games 4:06
I was pretty happy with both times, but my c2b pullups could be faster.  The burpees slowed too much by the 5th round too.
Today:
3x5 of press snatch balance: 85 lbs, then heaving snatch balance: 95 lbs, then snatch balance: 115 lbs.  This is an awesome way for me to work on snatch stability.  It is tough, but I am getting better at dropping quick under the bar and being more solid.

135 lb thrusters and double unders

I struggled on the 30 double unders and the last rep of each set of thrusters.  The thrusters got heavy fast, but I was able to do all without putting the bar down, just rest in the rack position.  Now that I have better double unders, I need to be able to do them under stress (think filthy fifty).
