Today we worked on more wall walks, kipping HSPU and hand stand holds.  I am restarting the home program of exercises my PT gave me.  I think this will improve my performance with all overhead stuff and general shoulder mobility.  This, added in to more HSPU work at home would make a difference.

I felt good through this considering my general weakness overhead and lack of experience with some of these movements.  I paced myself and found a good rhythm that allowed me to keep moving.  Lowering the snatch to the ground became a bit taxing on my back, so I was dropping by round 2 or 3, but I did the rest with little breaks or rest.  I think someone stronger in the snatch could do this in 10 minutes, but not me
