After some warm up work on rope climbs, HSPU and GHDs, we worked on a 1RM PJ and split Jerk.  I have been working on this a bit and am feeling a bit better with lighter weight, but not yet with heavier weight.  My core still collapses too much under the heavier weight.  I got up to 225 on both forms of the Jerk.  I wanted to get upward of 235, but I didn't want to hurt myself either.  I need to work on this more and plan to include it in my 4x/week work on PTP program.

75 reps of PS at 75 lbs.  My last time was over 7 minutes at Lifetime, but I was no where near as fit or as mentally tough as i am now.  This is definitely one of those wods where you just have to push hard through the pain and weakness.  I did stop too many times, but tried to limit pauses to 2-3 seconds.  I finished in 4:34
I am happy with my time, but know i could get sup 4 minutes now that I know the wod a little better.
