Doing Eva yesterday has left me exhausted for today.

I should have been a lot faster at this, but my core and shoulders were exhausted from eva.  I really struggled with this more than I did with the OHS, FS, BS wod a few weeks back.  Just one of those things I guess.

My shoulders were toast and I was dreading this short WoD going into it.  I kipped my HSPU and my burpees were too slow.  I was pretty happy with the c+J but I shouldn't have dropped the bar between reps.  At first I picked it up just as fast as if I didn't let go, but then I allowed a pause too often.  Others did this one in 5 minutes. 
I am just happy to have made it through this week in one piece.  It was a tough one, but I have some good numbers to back up my fatigue.  Now, on to cheat night.
