135-145-155-165-175-190-200-205
Pretty excited but it sure was heavy and I needed to be more aggressive with the 205.
That was in the morning when I got home this is what I did
15min AMRAP
10 OHS @95#
10 Burpees
8rounds
My traps were sore as well as my right shoulder, I could feel the bad positioning in the later rounds.

Anaconda Squeeeeze!!
You have to say the title in your best Nacho Libre voice. That is how my ribs feel right now. My serratus anterior muscles are so sore and tight that when I take a deep breath in it feels like an anaconda squeezing me. I never imagined that overhead presses or any overhead movement for that matter could hit my serratus as much as they have. Tomorrows WOD should feel great as it is a MetCon WOD.
Today was Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
135, 145, 155, 160, 165, 170, 175x2
I was excited about the numbers, the last 175 was not the greatest form as I was tired, however, I felt like I got under the bar pretty well and that I could lock out my arms instead of pressing the weight. I am feeling more confident and stronger with my right side with some of these WODs. I know I have a long way to go with it but it feels good.

Goal Achieved
So today was a shoulder day, which I am always hesitant about, especially overhead movements because of my surgery. Well I set my mind to it and made a goal before I stepped foot in the gym. The workout was to find your 1RM for push jerk which is an olympic overhead press that involves a little jump for momentum. You get 1rep for seven attempts to find your max (1x1x1x1x1x1x1) My goal was to at least push my body weight (144) So here were my attempts; 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155. 155 was not the prettiest attempt and I almost lost the weight, however, I stuck with it and completed the rep. I am pleased with my performance. I must say people are not used to seeing olympic lifts as I was getting some weird looks from others. I have a long way to go with the strength and stability in my right shoulder and I need to work on my proprioception as well. I do believe that these olympic lifts integrated with functional metcon WODs will help in those areas.
Randy did not want to do a crossfit workout today, do not know why, is he scared????
