For the cleans work out, I posted 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 185, 185
I got through 5 rounds in 38 minutes of the killer dead lift/push up/clean workout.
I would do a lot better if I could drop my body weight.
It is nice to have accountability now in the form of this blog.
BTW - 3 pull ups and 3 dips equal 1 muscle up, so get ready for ripped palms on the muscle up substitutions.

I like that word accountability, as I was going to choose a different WOD for today until I saw the word ACCOUNTABILITY. The reason for the different WOD was I did pullups yesterday, but i guess there is no way to get better at them then to just do them.
