The main purpose of this blog is for myself (Jason) and two really good friends of mine (Josh and Randy)to post workouts and times from a program we are all currently following, sort of like an online journal. The program we are all following is CrossFit. For anyone interested I will post a link to the sight so you can see what it is all about. Josh has been following the program the longest if I am not mistaken for approximately 6weeks or more, with myself starting on Monday and Randy starting today. New beginnings is the title as it is a new beginning for me and my families relationship with Josh's family and a continuation with Randy's as well as a new beginning with this program and to my overall physical fitness. I would like to thank Josh for introducing me to this program as he talked about every Saturday we worked together for the past 6weeks and I finally broke down and started. Boy did I think I was in shape, I AM NOT. Both Randy and Josh will be authors on this blog so you will see hopefully three different peoples workouts and times.
