The prescribed WoD was 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of clean and jerk. With my shoulder getting better, but still painful, I didn't want to push any weight overhead today. Instead, I caught up with Nicole from last week. I completed 7 rounds with pull ups at 15, 15, 15, 15, 11, 11, 9 = 91 pull ups.
I am curious to try the rounds of 100 that Jason and Randy did, but tomorrow is hockey, then I prep for the triathlon on Thursday morning. I'll take off Tuesday and Wednesday and only do the tri on Thursday, so I will miss a couple of WoDs. Hopefully the ones I miss are overhead (snatch, jerks, press, etc.).
