That was fun!?!?!?

Here is today's workout which is titled "Jason" (i did not name it)
100squats
5muscle ups
75squats
10muscle ups
50squats
15muscle ups
25squats
20muscle ups

Pretty intense if you ask me. Muscle ups are performed with Olympic rings which I do not have and have not made. So the substitution for muscle ups are 3pullups and 3dips for each muscle up, you can do the math needless to say lots of pullups and dips. I completed this WOD (workout of day) in 46:36 which I thought was good for me. I definetly agree with Josh MY HANDS HURT!!!!!!

Randy did the same WOD and text me before each set of squats. He calls me when he is finished to tell me his time of 42:05 which is great. (I guess I am dogging it) We hang up and he calls me about 6min later to tell me he pulled over on his way home and met my friend Pukie!!!! (he vomited)That was fun huh
