Tired Legs

Deadlifts 3-3-3-3-3
My last CFT put my one rep max for deadlift at 315, but my form was off a bit.
Today I met a bit of a PR
Start with CFWU x3
275 x3
285x3
295x3
305x3
315x3 - Yes, that's right, x3

End with Tabatta on the stationary bike for 8 rounds.

A good work out and a great tax on my legs and back.
