All I want for Christmas...

... is a muscle up. Today was yet another WoD with muscle ups. Instead, I sub in 3 ring dips and 3 pull ups for each muscle up. That puts a serious damper on my time, and it really sucks. My dips were off today. I usually am pretty efficient at those, but I struggled with them today. Today's WoD
3 rounds for time of
50 squats
7 muscle ups (21 pullups and 21 ring dips)
10 hanging power cleans at 135 lbs.

Splits 5:05, 12:00 and total Time = 19:40
This would be a fraction of 19 minutes if I could crank out 7 muscle ups.
I need to find a good, high place to set up and just practice until I get it nailed down. Then I can go back to the low hang point at my gym and figure that out.

Maybe Santa will bring me some hand stand push ups too.
