I now realize that I may be the only one left posting on this blog. Unless Jason's trip to Flagg was a month long vacation, I may be on my own with this. We shall see.
Regardless, today was a CFE workout in the am - 4 rounds of 4 minute sprint and 2 minute rest. I was able to cover almost the same distance in each of the 4 rounds.
pm was "Tabatta Something Else"
Pull ups 12,7,4,4,3,3,2,2 = 37 (dead hang pullups on my sad little door hanging bar)
Pushups 15,15,12,11,10,8,7,6 = 88
Sit ups 10,10,10,10,10,10,8,8 = 76
Squats 15,15,15,15,15,15,15,15 = 120
Total = 321
I clearly need to work on my pull ups and sit ups, but not a bad number.
