I got out of the habit of puttin gin blog entries, but I have still been working out.
angie - 23:04, Should have pushed harder, but sit-ups were killer.
95 lb thrusters (5) hang power cleans (7) and SDHP(10) for 20 minutes. - 9 rounds. Definately a leg and back killer, but a great workout.
My friend joined me for a workout on saturday and was only able to struggle through the warm-up. I hope I didn't discourage him, but I think I motivated him to get in shape. I tried to show him the 95 pound work out, but he couldn't manage the cleans and was too wiped from the warm-up to continue. Instead, he stayed and encouraged me through my workout. Having a cheerleader was awesome and kept me going.
I have already done Michael, but I have to try to find my log of the time somewhere, since it was pre logsitall.com.
I will try to get back into posting as a habit.
