creating good habits


These were completely unscripted moments in our living room. While he can't do a full sit-up, his crunches are darn good. His pushups are great, and he has done up to 5 in a row before losing attention to task. This is all part of setting an example of fitness that will hopefully stick with my kids for life.
Yesterday's WoD was 3-3-3-3-3 of deadlift. I got 330, a PR by 15 pounds.
Today was 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of hanging power clean. I got 195. I felt I was limited much more by form than strength. Oh well, I got my body weight, so I guess that means something. right?
The zone is going well. I am still figuring out the routine, but the math isn't hard. I have been tired the last 2 days, but this may have more to do with returning to work after 11 days off. We'll see.
