For Scooter's Eyes Only

Scooter is my brother-in-law who I miss dearly, as he and his family are currently in Egypt. I wish them the best success in their endeavors while they are there. Every time Scooter Skypes us I always throw in CrossFit any way I can. He is curious and has been reading the blog and checking out the main CrossFit page. I think it would be difficult for him to complete the WOD's with everything he has on his plate right now, but I will keep the fire lit as much as I can, maybe when he comes to visit I can introduce him to my friend Pukie!! Any way being pretty close with him he knows my passion for nutrition and keeping physically fit. I can honestly say, Scooter, this is the best program I have come across for physical fitness. I was joking around the other day and told him I would post some pictures on the blog so he could see some of the physical changes of me, well here they are. They are not the best as we were in a hurry with the kids and all. Hopefully he can see some changes as I know by looking in the mirror I have changed. CrossFit is not designed to make you big it is for overall strength, endurance, power, coordination, etc,. I notice more definition as my body fat declines and I also notice better overall fitness to handle whatever might be thrown my way physically
