Run 400 meters
15 Handstand Push-ups
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents
I had to substitute towel pullups for rope climb, as I have no rope.

I ran the 400s at level 10 on the tread and tried to take as little rest breaks as possible. Last 400 I was tempted to answer the call from Pukie but rejected. The towel pulls were interesting and actually in my opinion pretty fun, different.
I was thinking on the way to the gym today how much my emotions play into CrossFit as they did when I ran track in high school. I get really anxious and nervous, not because I do not think I can handle it, but not knowing how I will do. I was like that all through high school, in my blocks shakin' until the gun went off. Each race was different with different competitors at different levels of competition, just as the WODs tend to be. I love the feeling and have learned to use it to my advantage. Maybe one day (far, far, away) the CrossFit games!!!!
