I decided at the end of the 4th round, when I didn't have the grip strength to hang on for more than 1 rep of K2E at a time, that I shouldn't be swinging a 70lb barbell around in a crowded gym. That workout was definitely a rough one. The GHDs are feeling a bit better with practice, and the KB swings were manageable, but those darn K2Es killed me. It has been a while since we did anything with a lot of pull ups, so I had stopped paying attention to my blisters/callouses. That was a mistake. No rips, but I definitely noticed the pain and potential. I will get back in charge of that ASAP. Usually, when I notice we haven't done something in a while, we get slammed with it. We'll see.
