I wanted under 25, but the box jumps slowed me down. I am getting much more comfortable with the vertical leap.
Today, 25 minutes of 2 hang squat cleans every minute with as much weight as possible. I wanted to hit 200lbs, but the pre Wod trial at 200 lbs showed me that wan't realistic.
I did 185 for the first 10 rounds and 195 for final 15 rounds. That is a total of 50 hand squat cleans. The last rep took me 3 tries, but I got it right before the timer went off. This was very good practice for cleans and work on form and getting comfortable with load under fatigue and stress.
I also got some flat shoes that made a huge difference. They are Walmart cheap-o skateboard shoes, but I felt much more stable. My quads will be very bruised from lowering the weight down 50 times, but a very good workout.
