I to am stuck on my Deadlift at 245. It is very frustrating to know that you can improve in metcons fast but the strength comes slower. Maybe my hips were too high, I was not engaging my hamstrings enough, my chest was not "puffed" out enough, I was out of the Zone, etc. Whatever the case I need to figure it out and fix it, quickly.
Tomorrow is "Filthy Fifty" I am giving it my all on this one. My goal is to keep everything UNBROKEN except for the following: Knees to Elbows, Burpees and Double Unders, in other words no resting from the start of the exercise until the end. Achievable? Have to wait until tomorrow.
