Inverted Burpees

This was a tough one, mostly for coordination and timing. I couldn't get a rhythm with the hand stand landings and transition into roll back. That slowed me down, but I was also slowed down by my still growing comfort with the handstand. Some of them were U-G-L-Y and I even bailed out sideways on 2 or 3 when I started to fatigue. Either way, I got it done. I don't think it will be my favorite WoD, but it was a fun new challenge. Hopefully it doesn't come up again soon.
