Unfortunately, Video cannot be rotated, but you get the idea. This is a mix of a burpee and slamball. The wooden frame is because the ball kept bouncing and rolling away during trials. That is also why I had to follow it all the way to the ground, to keep it from bouncing away. A softer dynamax ball might work a bit better.
21-15-9 of BurpBall and Pullups
8:02. The BurpBalls got really hard mid second round, and I needed a short breather on the first round of 21 pullups (disappointed). I had planned on mixing in 400m runs for each round, but I had to stay at home to watch Caedon.
Yesterday, 5 rounds of 30 GHD and 25 back extensions. I already posted the results for time, but I dod not post all of the results from that WoD. Below you'll see what happens when you do GHDs over a non padded surface. It is pretty darn painful and has some seepage. Next time, I'll definitely pad the step with a couple of towels. Lesson learned
