Today was a very early WoD at 5am.
Elizabeth :10:49. almost 30 seconds off my previous PR. I still know that I gazed at that bar too much and should have picked it up after shorter rests. Next time, sub 10

My cleans needed refreshing with it having been too long since working them out. So many Crossfit skills, I need to do all of them regularly. My second round had 4 total misses, but only one after that. That is all mental with a lack of focus on the form. I may never do this WoD again, but it was a fun one.
