Today I started with DL 3x3. I hit 365x3 (a new PR) on the second set and stopped there per Jeff Martin's recommendations in CFSB. My 1RM is 375, so I am getting stronger, We'll see if it translates to a stronger 1Rm in 6 weeks. Then 245 lbs for 12,9,6. This felt hard, but doable. Next time I'll do the 15,12,9 protocol and see if I can make it through.

11:13 (1:58, 2:52, 3:05, 3:17).
The first round went a lot faster because the push presses were unbroken and the jumps really started to suck on later rounds. A good WoD and I need work on overhead strength. Most of the overhead Wod's are thruster related, but this one worked pretty well.
