Start with 3x3 DL with a max at 365 and I feel like I could do 5-10 lbs more.
Then, 12,9,6 at 245. I decided to keep it at the lower protocol becaused I realized what I was doing to my grip, headed into a difficult grip WoD.

This was entirely limited by my grip. Early on I felt my legs from hockey a little< but I made my split less shallow and this was fine. Everything was very broken and I had to just chip away at it. Not a grand performance, but I made it through another WoD as Rx'd. I'll have to see what some of the other times were to see how poorly I did. I really wanted to do better with pullups in prep for the next fran, but this was definitely not a true fran test with the grip tax before hand.
