OHS work

5x5 of OHS. My last OHS work was 5x3 with a 3RM of 140. Today I got to a 5 RM of 135. I was pretty pleased with that since I haven't done any heavy OHS work in a while. Knowing how the protocols for CFSB work, I also did 95 pounds x20 reps. I have watched videos of Nicole competing against guys for max reps of 95 pounds, and she always beats these monsters by a long shot. She would certainly kick my butt, but I did make some good gains today. I might have gotten a little higer than 20, but I was close to failure and didn't want to drop the weights. Rest day tomorrow, then maybe the painstorm WoD from crossfit Scottland on Thursday. We'll see what HQ posts.
