I scaled her to 35 reps of each but the full 50m for jumps and runs. She did it in 12:50, It was supposed to be my rest day, but She said she wanted to see how fast I could do it. How do you say no to your wife's challenge like that. I did it in 9:51. It was a killer, but fun.
Megan asked for a WoD a second day in a row. I used a crossfit Kids wod:
AMRAP in 10 minutes
10 Supermans
5 ring rows
Sprint 100M
She got 6 rounds
She has done very well with these wods and it is fun to take her through some things and practice the crossfit kid thing.
Oh yeah, my bumpers came in. Very cool, but the clips are a problem. I don't know if my 'deal' on a bar was worth it, it may be that the bar is too narrow for standard clips. We'll see when I try the 2 clips I have at the gym in the am.
