Monday was Cindy which I achieved 19 rounds, my PR is 23. It was darn HOT in my garage even with the fan on, not to mention my pushups still suck.
Tuesday
With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.I made it through 4rounds plus 4 extra. This was more difficult than I had imagined. I feel I did good as I have not done cleans in awhile especially for time.
Today was a rest day and I am thinking about waking up early and running the 10K tomorrow. I am leary, however, as I do not want to get out there and have it be to HOT. It is either run or row, not sure.
