nate

Today was going to be a rest day, but instead we did the Rx Nate.
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups (I did to an abmat and 2 rounds prone to wall)
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
8 1/2 rds. The HSPU took me over half of the total time. I actually slowed down my muscle ups to not get to the HSPU too soon.

Aubri did
6 pups and dips on gravitron at 95
4 pushups
8 25lb kb swings
She actually did 30 minutes after reading the clock wrong but she got in 14 rounds.

A big CONGRATULATIONS to Jason and his wife on the birth of their new baby boy (name yet to be finalized).
Tomorrow I rest with a hockey game at 8
