That was actually 8sets instead of 7 as I was unsure where to start on this. First time doing this WOD. I was surprised at the weight I was able to achieve, all reps chin over bar and the 65 was centimeters over but still over.
I am eager for tomorrows WOD as it is "Fran" with rowing thrown into the mix. It has been since February since "Fran" was done and now they throw rowing in with it. My goal is to not put the bar on the ground during thrusters. I will allow my self to stop and rest if I must but with the bar in the front rack position. This is going to be tough, for me both mentally and physically. Do not think just go!!
