One Heavy Cycle!

Shoulder press - push jerk progression, 7x1 dead lifts and then this! Who says crossfit doesn't work on raw strength?

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press 52
Pull-ups 99
Body weight back squat 84
235 total @ 200 lbs

I worked in a 3 man rotation, so I had built in breaks, but not of set times. This was way tougher than I expected. I hadn't added up a goal for total, but I wanted >100 pullups, >60-ish bench and near 100 for squats. I got close, but man was I gassed at each stage. I got light headed, felt pukie knocking and struggled to keep the numbers from dropping too fast. I think yesterdays work on a 1set max of pullups hurt me a git on pullups, but I am still happy with my progression. This WoD took a long time too, over 70 minutes for the short 800m run warm up and the full wod. That may have had a lot to do with the rotation with 2 other guys. I am supposed to go in tomorrow (rest day) to make sure I get 5 on 2 off. I may do snatch work if my body can handle it.
