What Happened?!

I did angie today and I Had hoped for a big PR. OOPS
I felt off from the first string of 20 pullups. I should have been able to do 2 or 3 sets of 20 and it didn't happen. Then pushups were weak with a full minute of extra time needed to complete them. Situps felt awful, but I think this is still soreness/weakness from the GHDs on Friday. I finished sit ups in the same time as last trial with this, so that is an improvement given the GHDs. I ended with squats a little faster than last time, but I was thoroughly frustrated when done. I should have gotten sub 20 easily. Instead, I got 21:16 with the following splits: 7:14; 6:17; 5:19; 2:26. A thoroughly dissapointing performance. I attribute it, in part, to the cheats I had this weekend, but it may have more to do with just feeling off this particular morning. I really wanted to get sub 20, but I guess I still have more work to do on these body weight movements.
