December Goals

Today
For time:
Run 800 meters
30 Hip/Back Extensions
30 GHD Sit-ups
30 Hip Extensions
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Back Extensions
30 AbMat Sit-ups
11:22

This was actually pretty fun. I liked segmenting the back alot and can really tell where I need to work more and I am loving the GHD sit-ups.

So, I am starting a list of short term goals for each month that I will start at the beginning of the month with the hope that I will accomplish them by the end of the month. This month for nutrition my goal is NO sugar! and NO added salt to any of my meals. I can add spices that do not have salt in them and NO table salt. I must say the no salt is not as bad as I thought, however, I do catch my self wanting sugar. Even if it is the smallest bite of something, I have done extremely well and have not had any sugar either.

1st goal--Free-standing handstand for 20secs, this is with no walking strictly standing on my hands in the same spot for 20secs, working on contolling my body weight
2nd goal--200# Power Clean, this will force me to focus on my deadlift and the power/explosiveness in my hips
3rd goal--Overhead squat body weight 6x, this will be a mental challenge for me as well as continued work on my overhead and core strength

Any one who follows this blog please feel free to post your goals to the comment section. One nutrition goal and 3 short term goals for the month of December. The goals do not have to be fitness related if you so choose, just 3 things you would like to accomplish by the end of the month.

No sugar during Christmas?! Guess you won't have any fun at parties this season. Might as well have Thanksgiving without turkey. I'll post goals to the main page.
