Lets Split

Everything except the 195 was pulled from the floor. This was a PR for the power clean and the split Jerk. I had never really attempted the split jerk before, however, it felt really good. Much quicker under the bar which allowed me to get more weight overhead.

I did not post last week as I found out some un-desirable news. The bar I received from my sister was a 30# bar. So the weights I had been posting for the last month should all be 15# lighter and the benchmark WODs are no longer as Rx. I was really upset at first but looking back on it I still got a great workout, however, I am still just a weak white boy. I have since purchased a 19Kg bar which comes out to roughly 43#. I can live with a 2# difference not a 15# difference.
