A Light Day?

This was probably the lightest crossfit day I can remember in a long time. Probably preparation for the lumberjack wod tomorrow.
We started with a body weight warm up, then 3x5 DL and SP
I did DL at 315, 325, 335
and SP at 135 all 3 sets
Then the WoD

Row 1000 meters
Then three rounds, 21, 15, and 9 reps of:
GHD Situps
Back Extensions
7:23

I missed my 1k row time, but I was doing pretty well, keeping it under 1:45 for the 500m split for the full distance. I hit the GHDs and turned into molasses. I always struggle with those, and today was no exception. My legs were a bit toast from the row, so the knee snap was absent. Otherwise, it was just a battle of will to keep getting reps in and no breaks. I made it, but it wasn't fast. It was hard to gain time on this one, but I think I will get smoked by some of the others in the gym. This happens whenever GHDs or situps come up.

I will probably do some OHS and snatch work tonight or tomorrow, if the ankle continues to heal as well as it did yesterday. I am almost back to 100%. I attribute that to the brace I got from the adult clinic and the fish oil. I am fortunate that it wasn't a more sever sprain, but then again, maybe it is fitness and inflamation control.
