Today's WoD was a confusing description, but I did as much as I could regardless of the Rx WoD.
Using a single 60lb dumbbell for both thrusters and pull-ups, 3 rounds, 15-12-9 reps of:
Thrusters right arm
Thrusters left arm
"One-hand" pull-up right arm (left hand grabs the right wrist)
"One-hand" pull-up left arm (right hand grabs the left wrist)

When I checked last night the pullups weren't specified as weighted, so I did one arm and no extra weight. I can't imagine adding weight to those. I did great on the thrusters at 60 lbs and the L arm pullups were the only thing that really slowed me down. Unfortunately, as i dropped down from the pullup bar, I caught my ankle and landed on an inverted L foot and twisted my ankle. It hurts a lot right now, but is mostly just swollen. I know I can't do any running or fast jumps, but I'm hoping to be able to do whatever they post tomorrow. Maybe 30 mups for time?
