This is my third try at Linda. If I am correct, this is also my first time as Rx because the bars at Lifetime felt a little light (5-10 lbs).
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
BW @ 200 lbs

I felt good with the cleans and bench press, but the deadlifts were slow singles. I feel weaker on my DLs in general lately, and I was working on protecting my back, as I felt too much rounding. I wanted to string more together (2 or 3) but didn't want to strain my back. I am happy with my improvement, but would like to get more consecutive DL next time. Maybe I need to not do the first 10 straight so I'm not dead by 9s. Or I just need to work through the slow struggle.
I am also getting closer to a butterfly kip. I think I'll just need to use it on a coulple of wods to nail it. That may mean slower times now, but better in the long run.
