Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor" and pull-ups are "strict" or non-kipping.

I did not do "nose to floor" for the HSPU as it is too much neck extension for me. Instead I did them on 25# bumpers (2inch width) to allow for more depth. The HSPU went really well considering this is the first time I had attempted deeper ROM with them, I am more excited on how well the pullups went, I am apprehensive with strict pullups as I am not that strong to complete many of them. I felt I did very well with them, I had to break them up into 1s, 2s and 3s with just enough break to drop from the bar and then jump right back on for some more. Cannot wait for tomorrow!!
