Row, Run, Rinse, Repeat

I forgot to time my runs, but they felt slow comparet to the other guy I was doing this with. I averaged less than 2 minutes for each element, and with 9 transitions in and out of rower at probably 5 seconds each, that is even lower. Still, I was seriously regretting the 'cheat' pizza last night. This was a tough woD that I will be repeating in a couple of weeks to work on my run and row strength. That is an area I feel may have gotten a bit worse, but just needs more practice. Hopefully I can improve and not lose ground.

I'll probably have to miss all of the next cycle. I can't do Sat or Sun, and a late game on Sunday means Monday morning is unlikely. Maybe a cycle off is a good thing. Or maybe I'll do something Monday night because of the holiday rest days coming. We all know what will probably happen, I'll make up something hard and punish myself. I am addicted.
