Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Row 500 meters
25 Turkish Get-ups with a 60-pound dumbbell
Scaling was definetly needed on this one. I had to sub 50SDHP for the row and 30# for the TGU. The SDHP was not that bad it was the TGU that took more time than expected. The 30# was good also as I do not think I could have gone any heavier. I completed 1 full round + 50SDHP and 10TGU on each arm. Very good shoulder stabilizer WOD. I am feeling it right under my scapula which is a new one for me.
On a good note Tommy achieved 2 of his 3 goals. Here they are.
5 Kipping pulls to nose
5HSPU to abmat
Great job Tommy, he tweaked his goals alittle and wants 5 Rx HSPU by the end of the month and we decided to keep him at the kipping pullups to his nose until he feels more confident and can string them together better.
