This was about picking a pace and going for it steady. I should have picked just a tad faster pace, but it was a good gasser.

Not as tough as I expected, but I should have done it faster. I needed to do more pullups unbroken and I was mentally weak and put the bar down on rounds 3 and 4 for 2 sets each of those rounds. It has been a while since I did a high rep count of pullups for lots of rounds, so it is something I need to get back into and used to. The butterfly kip didn't help as much as i thought. I went back to a standard kip and relied on that for the majority of it. It was hard to keep the lats going mid wod, but I need to try to rely on that more often. We will see how that goes the next time i try it.
