No prescribed rep scheme, only rule is at least 2 reps of each exercise and score is total reps in 10 minutes.
I got 112 reps.
I tried for 20 burpees and 5 power clean and jerks. I got through 75 reps and realized the clean and jerk was eating up too much time and I reverted to just burpees. The smaller guy next to me got 144 reps. He did only 2 clean and jerks and 10 minutes of burpees. I should have done that too, but it was interesting to see everyone's strategy emerge. It was designed to be an even mix, but the burpees quickly became everyone's chosen poisen. Maybe the weight was too heavy, or the rule should have been a minimum of 10 reps of each, but it was a fun way to try to game a WoD.
