Mary

Today we kept it simple. We have been training hard lately, so it is probably a good idea to lighten things up occasionally and do a little less volume.

20 min AMRAP
5 HSPU
10 pistols
15 pullups
11 rds +3 HSPU
Previous PR was 7 +1/3 rd with help on HSPU from wife. She held my feet to keep me from falling over. This was huge for me. I struggled a bit at the end with HSPU, but doing 58 in 20 minutes of AMRAP is pretty friggen cool considering it is my weakness.
