Today was one of my nemesis WoDs
SP 1-1-1-1-1
PP 3-3-3-3-3
PJ5-5-5-5-5
I suck at overhead, but I have been working on it a lot. Today I was very happy with my progress on this one. I hit new PRs on all 3.
SP 180 (PR by 5 lbs, but it wasn't too hard) I decided to not try for 185. Be happy with progress.
PP 200 (PR by 10 lbs) I missed 205, but felt a lot stronger here
PJ 165 (PR by 10 lbs) This was more about hittin git with good form and a solid landing and not about big weight jumps. I am definitely getting better with a solid landing since working on hip angle and grip position.
Then
30 hand snatches at 75 lbs
30 C2B pullups

I hit almost all 30 snatches unbroken, but saw the problem coming. GRIP. I actually decided to pause before the last 4 and rest my grip because it was starting to fade. Unfortunately, it limited my pullups a ton and I couldn't put too many together. i should have been a ton faster, but could only do sets of 3 by the end. Then the row. I started off great, but faded and didn't "turn it on" until too late. I really should have been about 6:30. Maybe the head cold is getting to me still, but it has been a long time since grip strength limited my pull ups.
