Eat like Crap... Feel like Crap!

Thursday was my birthday. Needless to say, I did not stay paleo. I have had an amazing amount of bed food and deserts in the last 24 hours, but I am not going to beat myself up over it. I don't cheat much, and i only have one birthday a year. I work out really hard all year long, so I can enjoy some special treats once in a while.

Unfortunately, I had to get back into working out this morning, and the bad food really kicked my butt.

We were supposed to do 5 sets of 10RM thrusters. I only got through 4 sets because of time. 135, 145, 155, 160 (fail at 9). I had a really hard time putting them together without a pause after 155lb. The fail at 160 may be due to diet, but it was frustrating none the less.

Then we did 5 rounds of..
1 min max rep wall ball
1 min max rope climb
400 M run
Rest for the remaining time of a 6 minute cycle.

I KNOW that diet affected me here. I can easily get >30 wallball on the first 2 rounds of FGB, but I struggled and never got 30. I got 3 rope climbs each round, but could have done 4 on the early rounds if the wallball hadn't kicked my butt so much. Afterward I was sick, had a headache and needed to lay down.

Score: 29,29,27,26,25 wall balls and 15 total rope climbs.

I need to get back on track fast with diet if Saturday am is going to go well.
