First times are always fun in CrossFit, you think you have an idea of what it is going to be like and then halfway through your think "this is not what I had in mind at all!!"
I did "Tosh" today which is a CrossFit endurance WOD
3x(200M+400M+600M)
you rest the exact time it took you to complete the run. Times as follows;
32, 1:24, 2:17
35, 1:30, 2:25
36, 1:32, 2:16
The hardest part was going from the 200M to the 400M, 30something seconds is not alot of rest leading into a 400M sprint. The 400 to the 600 was not that bad and obviously the 600 to the 200 felt darn good.
I am pleased with my times and they always could be faster, however, I am pleased. Now if I had more strength to couple wtih my endurance, Damn!! that would be sweet!!
