Here is my first ever swim WOD. Swimming is harder than you think.
AMRAP in 20min
90feet swim arms only-above water
10 Wall Muscle Ups
90feet swim legs only-under water
10 Step Jumps
8.5 rounds
What do you think??? Reaching and pulling with your arms is deceiving and works your lats more than you think. The resistance of the water is very underestimating as well. It was an awesome time and I will definetly do it again.
