My first time every at this WOD was my very first WOD and it took me 1hr 15min 39secs. I had just learned to kip and I do not know what I was thinking tackling 125burpees. Whatever, it got me hooked on the Kool-aid is all that matters. I do not think I have sweat so much than with this WOD it was like I was a running hose the sweat was pouring off of me. Does not help that I di dit mid day in my garage, again that is what the Kool-Aid will do to you.
