Here we go again!

Well I am back from the week off to recoup from my back ailment. It feels much better and as always I am more into stretching and having a good warmup with ice and rest post WOD. So today I did a WOD with Melissa and this is what we did
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
HSPU, nose to floor
Pullups, strict no kipping
22:12

All HSPU were nose to floor, the pullups took the most time as I wanted them to be as strict as possible. I feel good and it feesl good to be able to WOD again. Lets just hope I can play it safe and listen to my body and be in my "Best Fit" every time with rock solid midline stability.
